Q&A: HELP!!!! which one of these “diets” will help me lose the most weight the fastest?

I’ve been doing Atkins for the past 6 days (basically the induction phase but I also eat some peanut butter and low-carb tortillas, still keeping my carbs around 20g/day), and I’ve lost 6.4 pounds, most of which is probably water. Anyways, I have an event coming up in 10 days and would really like to lose around 10 pounds. I was around 147 about two months ago, but then I gained like 15 pounds back pretty fast because I stopped exercising and started eating like crap. So should I stick to Atkins induction phase or should I try the 3 day diet, or the diet where you only eat fruit? I know that the latter two aren’t really healthy, but I’m a bit desperate at this point. Has anybody tried the 3 day diet or fruit diet? I know that eventually I’ll start losing fat on Atkins, but would I lose fat on the other 2 or just water weight? Thanks!

BTW, Idk if it matters, but I’m female, 21, 5’9, and 157.
