I’ve been lookin’ around on 2424milk.com and it tells you all about how good milk is for you, kinda. It explains all the nutritional values and all that, but it seems very one-sided because I have not read of what the flaws of drinking so much milk can cause (it’s not on the site, or else i haven’t seen it yet). Are these people unafraid of crystallized calcium in their arteries, or is 24 oz. a day not enough to cause such harm?

They use milk to make paint and glue. It clogs your colon. The XO in it (from homogenization) attacks the arteries causing plaque to form. Also gives you sinus and respiratory problems. Has fattening hormones in it.
Most non-whites cannot digest it. Instead use soy, hemp, almond or rice milk. Or get goats milk which the USDA says is the healthiest milk.
