i have been eating super slow and taking nibbles and chewing a lot so i can give my brain time to send a signal that im full because i dont wanna over eat. i am trying to lose some weight…
even if i eat slow and 10 min pass i still dont feel full but i have to force myself NOT to eat because i dont wanna slip and regret it.
i drink a lot of water before i eat and i still dont get full…. btw im transitioning from eating a lot to eeating less
and im on break for swimming
why cant i get full when i eat really slow?

eat smaller meals. and have small healthy snacks in between
