Okay.. I’m a freshman in Highschool and I really want to lose weight. I feel like my weight has become something that is holding me back from being who I use to be and whom I want to be (Which was extremely outgoing, carefree, social, and not so self-conscious) and because of my weight, I feel like people just stare at me and don’t take me seriously. Ever since I started gaining weight, I’ve been the very opposite of those. I WANT to change. I’m tried of being a fat lazy bum. But the thing is, because I’m a fat lazy bum, I’m too lazy to try to lose weight. (Ironic right?) I mean.. I have motivation, a goal and everything, but I just can’t do it. Also, I wish that my family would help me with my weight too.. but all they say is, “Oh you’re not fat. So you don’t need to lose weight.” They don’t understand how I honestly feel about my weight. I am SO self-conscious it’s not funny..
Because of how self-conscious I am, I don’t want to go to a gym because people might stare at me. I would just walk around my neighborhood with my dog, but some people I know at school live here and I don’t want to get embarrassed..
I don’t know what to do.. I really want to change.. but I can’t..
What I’m basically asking, is how can I lose weight and gain more motivation to do so? Please help.. I mean.. please. Everyone reading this, I basically just spilled my heart out to you. Please don’t take it like a joke. I really need help.. My weight has held me back from going to my bestfriends birthday because there would be cake and ice-cream and a bunch of junkfood there! And I didn’t want to look like a pig or end up eating any of that and end up gaining more weight! I made her cry because I didn’t go.. I’m tired of feeling like my weight is something I can’t change! I KNOW I can change it! I just need help and support which no one is willing to give..

All you got to do is run! Thats it, it helped me and i used to be big, now im starting to fit in my old smaller clothes. I run for about 1-2 hours a day. An hour in the morning and another during the evening. Or just by brisk walking is good too. Then its the food you eat, instead of soda drink sparkling or seltzer water
And also drink grapefruit juice, grape juice and of course Green Tea, it breaks down fat cells which makes u look chunky and it turns into energy. For food eat less to no bread and dont eat much salt and sugar. Eat protein and eat yogurt and fruits and veggies
After 6 months u should see results. Good luck
