Today is the first day I did not lose weight. But I did lose a little off my stomach. This could be due to measurement errors. Or, it could be due to the fact the I did not work out yesterday and I expended few calories as I was not active (no school, less walking, no workout). This would imply that I need very few calories each day to exist. This also motivates me to workout again and continue this strict diet.
